Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have.
1. Who we are
This website, perelixtrading.com (the “Website”), is operated by PERELIX FZCO (“PERELIX”, “we”, “us”), a Private Freezone Limited Liability Company registered in Dubai Airport Freezone under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, Trading License No. 07008.
Registered office: Premises 4EA 717, Seventh Floor, Building 4 East A, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Privacy contact: info@perelixtrading.com
PERELIX is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. Scope and applicable law
This policy applies to personal data of Website visitors and of individuals who contact us through the Website or by email, including representatives of our customers, suppliers and other business partners.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and, where it applies to our processing, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
3. Personal data we collect
3.1 Data you give us
When you use our contact form, quote request form or supplier application form, or write to us by email, we collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country, company website (optional);
- Business data: the products, brands, quantities, delivery country or supplier details you tell us about, and whether you have worked with us before;
- Message content: anything you write in the message field or in your email;
- Consent record: the fact that you gave consent, the date and time, and the page from which you sent the form.
Fields marked as optional can be left empty. Please do not send us sensitive data (for example health, religious or biometric data) — we do not need it.
3.2 Technical data
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the Website: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and version, operating system and referring page (server log files). We do not combine this data with other data or use it to identify you, except where necessary to investigate a security incident.
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. We only store your privacy choice in your browser. Google Maps on the contact page is loaded only with your consent. Details are in our Cookie policy.
4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |

We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent, do not sell or rent personal data, and do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Who receives your data
We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described above:
- Website hosting provider — stores the Website and processes server log files;
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.cloud) — receives the data you enter in a form and delivers it to our mailbox by email;
- Our email service provider — stores our business correspondence.
If you consent to Google Maps, Google (Google LLC and its affiliates) receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Where needed for a business relationship you have entered into with us, data may also be shared with banks, logistics partners, auditors and professional advisers. We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers, including FormSubmit and Google, may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in countries that may not offer the same level of data protection. We transfer personal data only where permitted by the PDPL — for example with your consent, where the transfer is necessary to answer your request or to perform a contract with you, or with appropriate safeguards. Where the GDPR applies, transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses where available, or the exceptions provided by Article 49 GDPR.
7. How long we keep your data
- Requests that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Customer and supplier data, contracts, invoices and related correspondence: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the retention periods required by UAE commercial and tax laws.
- Server log files: for a short period defined by our hosting provider, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Your privacy choice: 12 months, or until you clear your browser storage.
8. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for the Website and form submissions, access to inquiries limited to authorised staff, a strict content security policy that blocks unauthorised scripts on the Website, and loading third-party services only after consent. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected persons and the competent authorities where required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing and a copy of your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, unless we must keep it by law;
- restrict or stop the processing, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format and have it transferred to another controller;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal. For cookies, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UAE, the UAE Data Office; in the EU, the data protection authority of your country.
To exercise your rights, email info@perelixtrading.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within 30 days. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
10. Children
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Links to other websites
The Website contains links to third-party websites, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page; we will inform you of significant changes on the Website.
